Fountains make fantastic historical monuments and still inspire us with their beauty and power.

Fountains were formerly build to have baths and washing clothes by citizens but in late 19th century they had been connected to aqueducts and reservoirs that supply immense pressure for the water to flow up in the air and it created a beautiful sight for your eyes to rejoice.

The Archibald Fountain, properly called the J. F. Archibald Memorial Fountain is located in Hyde Park, in central Sydney, New South Wales. The design of the fountain is a mixture of Greek and Roman influences. It features god Apollo that sprays water on all visitors.
