Green chilies – 250 gm

Vinegar – 200 ml

Water – 200 ml

Nigella seeds (Kalonji) – ¼ tsp

Brown mustard seeds – ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Method:

  • Boil vinegar and water together mix all the ingredients in water and vinegar mixture.
  • Transfer to a jar and cover it with airtight lid.
  • Serve with main foods, snacks, etc.
  • Tip: Can be used for 3 – 4 weeks.
