Add some healthy bites to your diet and make your metabolism boostup!


1 cucumber

1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper

3-4 Coriander sprigs

1 ball local  cheese

2 pieces or more hot green chilies

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

Few drops of oil

Salt to taste


Cut the cucumber and green chili uniformly.

Then put in a bowl and add Sichuan pepper, salt, red chili flakes and crumble the cheese.

Toss it well so that it gets mixed well.

Now put some leaves of coriander and mix it. Add few drops of oil.

Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve
