Ingredients:

Palak (boiled and mashed) – 1 cup

Flour – 1.5 cup

Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp

Salt – as desired

Zeera (crushed) – 1 tsp

Hara Dhania (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Hari Mirch (chopped) – 2

Method:

  • Add all ingredients and knead well.
  • Set aside for an hour.
  • Now make parathas and serve with chatney.
