2 cups (500ml) boiling water
85 g packet strawberry jelly crystals
2 1/3 cups(580ml) store-bought custard

Pour boiling water into large heatproof jug; sprinkle jelly crystals into jug, stir until crystals are dissolved. Cool.
Pour jelly into six ¾-cup (180ml) serving glasses. Pour custard slowly over jelly. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until jelly is set.
Just before serving, top custard with strawberry halves.
