Exercise in the morning or evening when temperature are usually cooler.

Wear The Right Clothing:

Lose, breathable clothing that prevents chafing will help you keep your body cool.

Avoid Extreme Temperature Change:

Don’t go right from the head to the cold room.Take the time to properly cool down.

Slow Down:

Extreme heat is not the time to go for your personal best. Don’t push yourself.

Water, Water, Water!

Staying properly hydrated before, during and after your workout is critical to avoiding injury and heat related illness.

Drink fluids. In order to avoid muscle cramping or heat related illness, drink lots of water. Fluids should be consumed frequently during strenuous activity and within a half hour of training. If you wait until you’re thirsty, you’re already far behind.
